Case Study: Minnesota Association of Assessing Officers

The Challenge

The Minnesota Association of Assessing Officers (MNAAO), a nonprofit, educational and professional organization dedicated to the improvement of ad valorem assessment administration in Minnesota, needed a singular web-based means of controlling their membership data and CRM software. Additionally, they needed an easy-to-use means to remotely distribute marketing material to their staff & members.

The Solution

After several meetings and brainstorming sessions, a web services application was developed that allows all of the committee members to have access to critical member and organization data in real-time. To conquer the customer relationship issues of the MNAAO, Net Dynasty designed an easy-to-use customer mailing application that is used to instantly send communications to the required members as needed. This has allowed for 24-hour secured access to crucial data and documents that were once inaccessible.
